Shipping and Delivery
We ship to virtually every address in the United States and currently provide standard 2-5 day shipping through the United States Postal Service.
Cost of shipping will depend on the number of items you choose to order. When choosing standard 2-5 day shipping, we charge $3.95 per CLIP or accessory. The cost may vary depending on your preferred shipping method. To estimate shipping costs, place the items in your cart and Proceed to checkout.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping dates will appear in the order form, and you will see shipping and delivery date estimates in your order confirmation email.
We also offer you the convenience of in-person pick up. Please give us 1-2 business days to guarantee your order is available. We will confirm the availability of your product and when you will be able to pick it up through email when you place your order.
Return Policy
You may return your items if you are not 100% satisfied with our products within 30 days for a full refund. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing your new order and you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the returned item.
When making a return, please remember to include a copy of your invoice, receipt and a description of the problem. *Please note, returned products purchased more than 30 days before being returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it, please call 847.344.8338 or email customerservice@smithonsafety.com and we will pay the return shipping costs and replace your item free of charge.
Please note, it can take 3-5 business days to process returns once they arrive. You can view completed returns/refunds by visiting your paypal account and accessing the order summary.
